Q: How long is a counseling session?
Each session is 50-minutes long. I offer 90-minute long sessions for couple or family therapy if needed. Before your initial appointment, you’ll receive an invitation to the client portal to complete your consent documents, provide your demographic information, and fill out the intake questionnaire. All sessions are virtual except in-person sessions available on Thursday.

Q: How much is a counseling session?
Individual counseling fee is $150/session (55 minutes) and a family or couple counseling fee is $150/session (55 minutes) and $200/session (85 minutes).
Q: Is My Medical Insurance Accepted?
I accept the following insurance providers: Beacon Beacon/Kaiser, Health Plan of San Joaquin (Medical), and Health Net (Medical).
*Please note that the availability for insurance clients is filled up very quickly.
Q: What if I don’t have the Insurance you accept? Can I still work with my Insurance?
I can provide a monthly super-bill that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel a scheduled therapy session, contact me a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled session. Without prior and
timely notification, you will be charged the full session fee for the missed session.
